Multi clipboard feature Win + V does not work

Hi,I have an issue with my windows + V feature ( multi clipboard), it never workd. I need the help of a specialist ( more than go to parameter and see if the feature is activated, or go to gpedit to enable the Administrative Templates > System > OS Policies>Clipboard History and Synchronization or go to regedit to check the AllowClipboardHistory key -> Of course I already checked all of that and it's fine)The only thing i can add is that I desactivated some services and one of them is perhaps mandatory for the multi clipboard feature...Thanks a lot
