Muffled Audio While a Game is Open

I am having the issue of low sound quality in my Airpods Pro when I start up any game, even just my computer. When I turn it on seems to just be really low quality and/or muffled, I've tried to fix it by editing and looking for all the sound properties in-game and in windows, and nothing seems to work. I do not have speakers in my actual computer, thats why I use headphones all the time. Any suggestions or help?
