Phenomenon: When connecting a phone to the PC via a data cable, the phone icon and info cannot be found in File Explorer, and there is a yellow warning triangle prompt on 'Device Manager - Portable Devices - MTP USB Device'.Right click the 'MTP USB Device' and choose 'Properties', it shows the error message in GENERAL that 'MTP USB Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.
