MSVCP100.dll not found - Windows 11

I am getting an error message on my Microsoft Surface running Windows 11 Home (version 24H2): "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I have followed the directions from prior posts about this error message and installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x64) and (x86). I am still getting the same error message. I also have the following older versions of Microsoft Visual C++ installed: 2010 (x64) and 2008 (x86).
