MSN Wather app on W11 shows incorrect location

[Windows 11]

App show Washington, DC as home location. Have tried many suggestions from the community and nothing works, In addition to not being able to change the home location, I cannot get a forecast for the city that I type into the search bar. The forecast stays on Washington. This should not be a difficulty problem but when iIfollow most directions I get to a point and the option I am told to select does not appear. Please help, I would like to use this app but right now it is useless,Thank you, Lou
