MSN Homepage is Skeletal

I did a System Restore hoping to remedy the "Personalization" problem - didn't change anything.Anyway, when the System was back and I clicked on the MSN Homepage [from FIREFOX] it was all changed. Just a load of picture articles, and Temperature, OUTLOOK etc. relegated to an icon.
