MSN Homepage "Comments"

I've mentioned this before, but now it's become chronic! Whether Win 10 or 11, whatever Browser, the "Comments" section, when accessed just shows a SIGN IN WITH. As I have nothing to do with Social Media such as Facebook or Google, I tap on the Microsoft option. Just a cursor and no means of signing in! I keep thinking that I have signed in to my Account. I'm even signed in to this Community. Sometimes, eventually, I can access "Comments", but today it won't budge.
