MsMpEng.exe high memory usage

Helloim having a headache trying to fix this and this is my last shot for some reason my MsMpEng.exe is using way to much memory I have 32gb of ram and no issues before PLUS this is a recently bought pc. idk what it should be running at but i think is it nowhere near what it is now. i have tried multiple different methods but to no prevail the only advice i have seen is to disable the windows defender via group policies but windows 11 does not allow that i think i might have a memory leaks but no clue no to fix it I wish i could add Images but for some reason it won't let me best i can do it a
