MsiInstaller removed Splashtop streamer third party software after a Security-SPP Security event id 1034 along with an Application event id 11724

Why did MsiInstaller remove Splashtop streamer third party software after a Security-SPP Security event id 1034 along with an Application event id 11724 in the background. Was at lunch and 12 of 18 pc's that have the third party remote control software on them was giving notification that the 12 pc's had the streamer software removed. How can I prevent that from happening again?
