msiexec.exe and Framework\v4.0.30319\AppLaunch.exe issues on Win 11

Malwarebytes is blocking sites from C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msiexec.exe and from Framework\v4.0.30319\AppLaunch.exe.Instructions from a previous Support query by someone else do not appear to work on Win 11. Specifically, when I click the link provided, I get a .blob file, and while the instructions say to right-click and save it as msiexec.exe, there is no such option when I try to save it. The .blob extension is also suspicious. Your AI says to delete the file, but I'm a skeptic. I tried the recommended sfc /scannow and that didn't work; maybe an issue with Win 11?I am now thinking about updatin
