MSI Installer failing to create virtual direct

Hi,I am facing an issue with one our MSI installers, it works well on our development server but failing on our test server (windows server 2016). The installer getting failed while creating virtual directory and rollback the installation, any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance.Error details:Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: nConnect Web Service. Product Version: 0.1.0-80-S7000DigitalWalletIntegration-Daily. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Aristocrat Technologies, Inc.. Installation success or error status: 1603.
