MSE- Message that I haven't done a scan, but displaying the time of the last scan

My icon is always yellow. Also nothing is shown on the history tab and it says I haven't done a scan in a while, while also displaying that the last scan was(my scheduled scan time and day). I clicked scan now and icon was green for a few minutes and then went back to yellow.
