I run windows 10I changed msconfig from selective startup to normal startup and stopped 2 services (one from adobe and the other from HP).windows wont bootsystem restore can't select the C drive"Repair My PC" just can't and doesn't say why (probably from not being able to reach C drive is my guess)All I can really do is access cmd promptI've tried to get into safe mode, but again, can'tAny thoughts on what I can do?
