Hi

After newly installed windows updates my Microsoft wireless 1000 and 850 Keyboard Set had stopped working on windows 10.

I have not been using them for a few months but I did confirm they do work on other computer which I have suspended updates .

Attached is a photo of the latest updates installed .

I went over the update description and found out that the kb4532693 includes some security updates to mouse and keyboard .

Looked this update up over the web and got many posts with complaints of numerous malfunctions with devices and profiles .

The kb4532693 can't be uninstalled as it seems MS already removed it and installed new updates apparently to try to fix the problem but it still isn't .

I have went over the device manager and the TPlink wireless adaptor (T1U V1) provided with the mouse and Keyboard is getting an error

Trying to install different versions of the driver downloaded from tp-link made the wifi adapter work and I was able to connect to my router but it was not able to pair with mouse and keyboard .

Tried also troubleshot using the wizard and it can't detect any problems .

Two other laptops of of my kids had the same problem .c707d07f-56d7-4564-a0f4-fc3473cba944?upload=true.png89b3cffe-14b5-42ad-8faa-931544d17546?upload=true.png
