Ms-windows-store: purge caches. Package couldn't be registered

Hi, One day I could neither open any types of image nor use media player as well as open Microsoft store. When I run wreset.exe, the message Ms-windows-store: purge caches. Package could not be registered appeared. I did not install any new app so I don't know where the problem is. I have updated windows, try Troubleshoot with Media player (but it says This file doesn't have its app associated...). Can you help me with this problem?Thank you.
