MS Store not updating

[Windows 10]

I'm connected to my ethernet but it says that I'm not connected to the internet. Code: 0x800704C6And other times when it does work it just doesn't actually install it, it just says Working...Please help.(I reset the cache and reset it in settings. I did everything I could)
