MS Store and multiple other features not working

Whenever i want to use the MS Store it asks me to update it and then does nothing until i get the error code 0x80072EE2, i suspect its due to this that i cannot install the xbox app (same error code), ubiconnect isnt working fully and i cant make purchases on epicgames. Ive tried all the troubleshooting steps ive found (unistalling the store and reinstalling it, disabeling the firewall and smartscreen, all kinds of powershell commands). this is a brand new install of win10, my internet definitly works (i send this question from my pc after all) and all drivers are up to date.
