Solution===============reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /f reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UpdatePolicy\GPCache\CacheSet001\WindowsUpdate /f reg delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UpdatePolicy\GPCache\CacheSet002\WindowsUpdate /fand then run PCHealthCheck.exe againissue fixed
