Hey Dave,
I don't know what is the matter with these threads. They keep locking me out with a red error message when I try to reply.
The Safe Mode reboot didn't work so I had to hard reboot.
The PC started again and then it took ages for the mouse click to become active (could move around but clicking wouldn't do anything). It finally came back and everything seems to be working.
I've lost a day. I've lost a morning of scanning. But you've saved my bacon. My machine is working OK and I can do work.
I'll scan one image at a time from now on.
Sigh. What a waste of a day.
- I wish I could send you my playlist as a thank you. It's very random and maybe only any good to a music lover like myself.
