MS Office Excel Printing Preferences Keeps Default to B&W

Hi all, I am hoping you can help with this strange bug.I have several domain joined workstations that have 2 printer entries added via the server, one is named B&W and has the printer preference restricted to Grayscale ONLY and one is colour with the preference as Color. For all users the default printer is B&W, the issue is when selecting the colour entry it continues to select B&W via Excel > Print > Printer Properties (under the selected printed) despite it being correctly set as colour when via Control Panel's Printer Preferences.
