MS Office 2010 prof

I have an older computer (windows xp) with MS Office 2010 and all of a sudden it's asking for my confir.ation ID when input thru the phone AND smart phone link MS is telling.me my installation ID is invalid. I purchased this program in 2010 and until today it has been working fine.How do I get a confirmation ID to make this computer function?
