Ms don't support +855 mobile number adding on new account but existing still usable.

I try to add my mobile number into my account, but Microsoft claim that they don't support +855 ## ###### (Cambodia). If any problem related to technical issue than my existing one should not able to use anymore? if caused by regulation than don't make sense because existing number still work.Please check and feedback us..
