MS 365 billing incorrectly

Hello,I am receiving emails saying my MS 365 payment has not been successful and shows the last 4 digits of an expired credit card of mine which was used for a previous purchase. However I have an active 365 licence which is active using my current credit card (I cannot find the date as the layout has all changed, my user ID is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** please advise how I get to live chat as your sute keeps sending me to articles and questions which do even cover this topic
