Moving Windows 10 user to Windows 11 computer as additional user

My wife is running Windows 10 on her computer. I have a Windows 11 computer. I'd like to move her login (along with all of her files, folders, settings, etc.) to my computer as an additional user. Best way to do that? We are both on the same home network, and we also share a family OneDrive under our Microsoft 365 family subscription.
