Moving to Windows 10 without losing Windows 7 on the same PC

Hi!

I really hope someone can help me with this.

For my work it is imperative with no interuptions. I repeat IMPERATIVE. The system works flawless under Win 7 as it is now.
Now my plan is to gently move to Win 10.
I have succesfully cloned a mechanical drive to a new 500 GB ssd drive and cloned that one to a second SSD.
So now I have two clones of Win 7 on two SSD drives which both boot fine.

Now I want to do a clean install of Win 10 retail version on one of the new SSD drives with a new product key.

The tricky question now is: Will both ssd drives still work with an activated Win 7 on the first and an activated Win 10 on the second?

Or will the Win 10 installation somehow overwrite my old BIOS product key for Win 7?

I have really spent lot of time trying to find the answer to this.

I know it is possible to dual boot Win 7 and Win 10 on the same pc but noone says anything about any activation issues doing so.

I have a win 7 pro OEM installed now on a Dell Latitude E6320.

I would be very greatful if you could answer this or have any other suggestion to safelly use both and old Win 7 and new Win 10 on the same pc.
