Moving the task/menu bar away from the bottom

This is more of a request than a question, but since the Feedback Hub no longer works in Windows11 I'm going to try making it here. Microsoft, please add back the feature that allows me to move the task/menu bar off the bottom of the screen. The way it worked in Windows10 is far superior to having it locked to the bottom of the screen. Thank you
