Moving tabs in IE 8

In IE 7 my tabs can be moved sideways, is that original or cause of my IE7

Pro?



Can tabs be placed in IE 8's bottom also, as in Avant?



(Cant find any IE 8 group)

You can certainly move tabs sideways in IE8
