Moving songs from PC to Samsung s22 phone "Pulse Music" app or is there a better option?

I have to say that I am so angry at sites like google and on this occasion android community sites as they are 100% **** compared to here (sorry… I am a bit cranky ATM). I have a samsung s22 phone with the Samsung Pulse music app (I think it is samsung’s and I simply want to add a folder of music or call it a new playlist with a heaps of new music on to my phone and nothing I do works. Question 1, Does anyone know how to do this and 2. Is there better simpler apps to do what I want? I must certainly add, when I posed this question on the useless android community site, it was
