Moving from W10 to W11 using external hard drive

I am trying to move my data, settings, etc., from my old Windows 10 to new Windows 11 laptop. I've backed it all up on an external hard drive. Can you tell me how to import it to the new machine please? A reply to a similar question from June 24 said to go to Control Panel > System and Security > Backup and Restore > Restore my Files. However, when I tunnel down to Backup and Restore, this is noted as (Windows 7) and none of the potential avenues from System and Security seem right.
