Moving from an old computer to a new one, does Outlook follow since I have Office 365 Personal?

I'm moving from an old laptop to a new one, W10 to W11, and I'll copy/paste my documents and pictures to OneDrive, then from OneDrive back to the new computer, but what about Outlook? Will my Outlook folders and emails in those folders be moved to the new computer as part of my Office 365 subscription?
