Move Outlook Calendar (Outlook 14) From WIN 10 to WIN 11

I have been using the calendar feature on a WIN computer (Outlook 14). It is readily accessibly by one click with no sign-in and no email function required. None of the other Outlook features are used or wanted. I would like to continue with this calendar a new WIN 11 computer without needing an Outlook Mail account as is required to use “Outlook (New)”. How might this be done?
