Move all videos to one location and delete duplicates. Trusting removal apps or not.

So, not really thinking ahead, I now have all my videos and pics spread across my Windows laptop, android phone, external harddrive, OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox and whilst trying to free up laptop space, phone space, juggle the different cloud accounts, I have made it worse. I see many duplicate file removal apps but unsure - are they safe, will the app have access to my data? Which removal apps are recommended and which are not to be trusted? Can I DIY? I think I just want to try and get all my videos together on my now 1TB Onedrive and remove all duplicates then empty Google Drive, free
