After a Windows update, my mouse wheel stopped working properly. For some reason, when I normally turn on my notebook, it doesn't work. However, if I reset it, the mouse works properly. I tried various attempts to find a solution, such as updating the driver, reinstalling the last update, and running sfc /scannow in the Command Prompt, but nothing worked. As a last resort, I scanned the computer using an antivirus program, and it found some corrupted files, including the following one: Path: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\DeliveryOptimization\Cache\43
