Mouse Wheel is controlling volume on youtube.

Mouse Wheel is controlling volume. i've tried holding the DPI button for 5 - 7 seconds, uninstalling mouse drivers from device manager and hard resetting with buttons. none of which helped.i've also tried different mice to no avail
