Mouse stops working and pc automatically restarts

[Windows 11]

I just started having a problem where my razer basilisk mouse will not work but rgb light will still be on and then my pc restarts, it happens after I come out of a shutdown anyone know why? This happens when I try to change the color of my ram in icue, it seems to happen every time I try, it also never happened before I have no idea what happened, after the restart it starts working normally agian
