Mouse randomly stops working in windows 11

I am having an issue on my Lenovo yoga 9i dual screen that just started in the last few days. About every ten minutes or so my mouse click function will stop working. I can still navigate in the browser, but I am not able to switch to other applications. Scroll pad exhibits the same problem. Pressing alt+ctrl+del and clicking twice on task manager seems to fix it temporarily, but the problem comes back in a few minutes. Anyone have any thoughts?
