Mouse randomly going into scroll and cant click certain things

Hello, for about a week not my mouse has been randomly going into scroll wheel all the time (like if i click my middle mouse button it just goes back into scroll. The reason it took me so long to post this is because it used to fix by reinstalling my graphics drivers, but it doesent work anymore. I had tried to troubleshoot in my devices, but it doesent find any errors at this point, but it used to give me error code 0x8000FFFF. It also doesent find anything wrong with my mouse. I tried restarting my pc, i troubleshooted everything, ran my antivirus and did a clean driver install with ddu, but
