Mouse lags

Hello, all of a sudden my mouse started lagging/jamming. I tried update drivers, uninstalling windows updates, downgrade drivers, update bios. I also tried resetting to factory settings, then deleting the ssd and doing a clean install of windows, I also tried resetting the bios. Mouse on other pc works without problem just on my pc it gets stuck. It happens when moving the mouse quickly on not always, sometimes it does it 3 times in a row and sometimes it works again for an hour without a problem. Sometimes it gets stuck for 1ms and sometimes for 3 seconds. I've tried about everything, even pl
