Mouse lagging and stuttering

Hello,I recently purchased a new PC, and I've been experiencing an issue where my mouse intermittently stops working for a few seconds every 3-10 minutes, before resuming normal functionality.I've already tried the following steps to resolve the issue:Updated the mouse driverUpdated the drivers for the motherboard, GPU, and CPUDisabled CortanaDespite these efforts, the issue persists. However, when I connect the mouse to another PC or laptop, it works perfectly fine.Can you suggest any additional troubleshooting steps or solutions?Thank you in advance for your assistance!
