"Mouse keys" behavior started after Windows auto-rebooted (and promoted Win11). Mouse keys feature is NOT ENABLED. How do I disable this behavior?

This is why so many of us have trust issues with Windows updates. My computer rebooted overnight without warning, and against my wishes. Then I was faced with "encouragement" to upgrade to Win11, which I declined. Then VSCode appeared to have self-uninstalled. This remedied itself after I established a WiFi connection. But now my sprite moves whenever I use the arrow keys. In settings, "Control your mouse with your keypad" is already off (and was never on).Meanwhile I have a list of many things that I would like to see fixed in Windows and its apps, but year-after-year, none of these ever seem
