Recently I replaced several components of my PC (CPU, motherboard, RAM), and ever since the mouse+keyboard have been locking up for about a second every once in a while. It seems to be tied to resource usage as it's much more common in more performance-intensive programs (such as games), and gets significantly worse in more complex/less well optimized games. When it cuts back in the mouse jumps to where it's supposed to be, meaning it can't be merely a connection issue. Things I've tried
