Mouse keeps flickering and disappearing whenever I don t move

I have been through every solution from running CMD and uninstalling and resetting the cmos. My mouse keeps flickering and when I don't move it just disappears. When I try enabling to always hide taskbar it would get stuck in the taskbar and every time I move it, it would always reset towards the taskbar. This is frustrating and need a fix. I reset my Pc and everything and still hasn't been fix. Please. I have a akko wired keyboard and a logitech pro x superlight. EDIT: I played a game of overwatch and suddenly it fixed, I played in Fullscreen borderless and out of no where it fixed, Ima keep
