Mouse jumping to top right corner

[Windows 11]

I am at my wits end. I have already searched and tried everything to fix this. My touchpad is disabled. I've installed all windows updates. I've updated my display driver. I have turned off enhanced pointer. I have tried changing mouse batteries. I have tried a brand new mouse. I have swapped the placement of my usb receiver. NOTHING works. When I am working and using the mouse, it constantly jumps to the right corner. If I'm not paying attention, it closes the window. Nothing I have done has fixed this issue. Any help?I'm running Windows 11 on a Lenovo Yoga 7.
