Mouse going insane

[Windows Server]

I have a ASUS TUF Gaming A15, my mouse freaks out once in a while and goes to the other side of the screen or somewhere else (think of someone else moving your cursor slightly to annoy you with a bluetooth mouse) I tried everything stated in this (Redirecting) post but the only thing Ive ever changed was how the cursor looks.
