Mouse feels weird after update

Good morning.Back in February Windows 10 updated and ever since my mouse sensitivity feels off and floaty.I’ve tried everything such as multiple mice, secure boot and even a brand new pc without any luck. Before the update the mouse input worked flawlessly but now it’s imposible to play any FPS games because the input feels completely floaty. Enhanced pointer precision is off too.Drivers are up to date, nvidia drivers as well.
