Mouse doesn't work correctly on fresh win 10 install

Hello!Last night, I reinstalled Windows 10 on my computer. Since then, my mouse hasn’t been working properly. Upon startup, I can click on the desktop and icons, but I can’t interact with the taskbar or running applications unless I open Task Manager. The mouse itself is fine because it works perfectly on two other computers. I’m currently using a simple mouse, but the issue persists.The motherboard has six USB ports, and I’ve tested the mouse in all of them.
