Mouse cursor NOT locking on all microsoft games.

All of my microsoft games cursor keeps going off the game screen. for example. whenever I look down the cursor leaves the screen and goes to taskbar, and same goes to when I look up. the only solution I can find is to restart my pc to get it fixed, then the problem comes back again for maybe like 3hours or 20hours. I want some help how can I fix this without restarting my pc over and over again to get the problem fixed.this cursor problem is not on non-microsoft games as I tested all of them. only on microsoft.SpecsMicrosoft Windows 10 HomeHP Laptop 14-ck0xxxx64-based PCIntel(R) UHD Graphics 6
