Mouse Cursor No Longer Locks to Crosshairs in Games

Since yesterday I've been experiencing an issue with my mouse. In games such as Minecraft and Roblox, where my cursor is supposed to lock, its been able to flow freely and has caused many experiences of tabbing out or other related issues. I know that others are having this problem so I think a recent update may have caused it. If possible, I'd like help with fixing this issue to allow my sanity to remain while playing games.
