Mouse cursor moving on it's own

I recently started to have a strange problem with my Mouse Cursor. It'll sometimes begin moving up and to the left on it's own at random moments. Sometimes it'll stop on its own, other times I need to reboot my computer for it to stop. I can still move it with my physical mouse but it's as if I am fighting against it. What is even weirder, is when I am in WindowsOS windows(like the Device Manager or the Task Manager) it stops, but as soon as I click elsewhere, close the window or select another window, it starts again.-The mouse I mainly use is a Razor Basilisk v3.
