Mouse cursor keeps jumping around

I've tried just about everything now and it still won't work. The only noticable time it happens is when I'm trying to play a game but other than that it hasn't been an issue. I already have the touchpad disabled and I've tried updating the drive for the mouse I use as well as disabling the enhanced pointer option but still nothing works so any help is appreciated.
